- Exciting New Project: Hi Power Electric Joins the Hale Parkway Development
At Hi Power Electric, we’re proud to be a part of yet another groundbreaking project in Denver—Hale Parkway, a mixed-use development that is transforming the Hale neighborhood. In partnership with general contractor MCP and developer Narrate, we’re bringing our expertise to this 110-unit multifamily housing development. Hale Parkway aims to enhance the local community with modern, efficient housing while promoting an eco-friendly, pedestrian-friendly environment.
Our role? Electric, telecom, fire alarm, ACC/CCTV, and A/V systems—delivering the power and technology infrastructure that makes this project run seamlessly. This marks another significant step in our mission to provide high-quality, innovative solutions to Denver’s growing developments.
