Hi Power Electric is excited to announce we have received a Letter of Intent with Shaw Construction for Marina Square Residences!
Located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, this mid-rise multi-family development will bring 481 new apartment units to one of Denver’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Construction is set to begin August 1, 2025, and the project is expected to span 30 months.
This win marks a major milestone for our team—not only is Marina Square an exciting project, but it also represents our third multi-family project awarded by Shaw Construction in recent months. With several other opportunities on the horizon.
We’re proud to be joining forces once again with Shaw Construction, whose partnership continues to be built on mutual trust, consistent performance, and strong relationships.
