Electrical Foreman – Now Hiring

Hi Power Electric, is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead projects and crews across Colorado. If you’re a licensed Journeyman with strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a drive to get the job done right, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial, residential, and multi-family projects.

  • Ensure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.

  • Read blueprints and plan material and manpower needs.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and inspections.

  • Mentor apprentices and journeymen, promoting a strong safety culture.

  • Communicate daily with project managers on job progress and needs.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Active Journeyman License (Master Electrician a plus).

  • 5+ years of field experience, 2+ years leading crews.

  • Deep knowledge of electrical codes and construction processes.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • OSHA 30 preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
