Employee Spotlight: Tito Delvalle

Dec 8, 2025

For the past three years, Tito Delvalle has been an important part of the Hi Power Electric team. As a Foreman, he plays a key role in keeping projects moving, supporting his crews, and helping the next generation of electricians grow in the trade.

How Tito Joined Hi Power

Tito first came to Hi Power through his uncle, who was already working with the company and encouraged him to join. Since then, he has built a strong foundation here and continues to take on new responsibilities as his role expands.

A Look at Tito’s Day-to-Day

Each morning, Tito checks in with his superintendent to report any issues he’s run into or anything he sees that needs to be fixed or double-checked. He is currently training an apprentice, guiding him through daily tasks and showing him what to look for so the work is done correctly.

Tito also makes sure the ITR team has everything they need, helps answer questions, and troubleshoots any problems they encounter. When everyone is set, he continues working alongside his apprentice and keeping the job on track.

What He Enjoys Most

Tito enjoys continuing to learn new things and having the opportunity to take on different tasks. One of his most rewarding moments was on one of his first projects, Hale, where he completed a detailed lighting control system. He was able to finish it successfully and didn’t run into any issues down the road, which made the experience especially meaningful.

What Sets Hi Power Apart

For Tito, Hi Power stands out because the company cares for its workers and makes sure the team has what they need to complete the job. When asked to describe the culture, he sums it up simply: everyone has each other’s back.

One of his favorite early memories is from his time in the warehouse working on temp power, when Jack would bring his dog — who often hung out with Tito in the back.

Beyond Work

Outside of work, Tito has a skill many people don’t know about: he knows ASL.
When it comes to daily habits, he reaches for an energy drink and considers himself a mix between an early bird and a night owl — as long as he gets at least five hours of sleep, he’s ready to roll.

Looking Ahead

In the year ahead, Tito is looking forward to bigger jobs and the chance to continue leveling up in his career. His drive to grow and support his team makes him a valuable part of Hi Power Electric.
