Hi Power Electric is proud to announce that we have been awarded the electrical contract for a new four-story, 154-unit senior living community in Denver. The award marks our first project with general contractor Weis Builders and an important step forward as we expand into senior living new construction—a fast-growing channel where dependable electrical infrastructure is essential.
The community will provide thoughtfully designed housing for adults aged 55 and older, with construction scheduled to begin this summer. As the project’s electrical contractor, Hi Power Electric is responsible for the full electrical scope that keeps a modern senior living community safe, efficient, and reliable.
For Hi Power Electric, this project is especially meaningful because it marks our first collaboration with Weis Builders, one of the nation’s most respected construction firms specializing in senior housing, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial construction.
