New HQ Under Construction — Coming June 2025!
We’re excited to share that construction is officially underway on our new Hi Power Electric headquarters! Designed to support our rapidly growing team and growing list of projects across Colorado and beyond, our new space will serve as a hub for innovation, training, and collaboration.
With a tentative move-in date of June 1, this facility is more than just an office—it’s a symbol of how far we’ve come.
From luxury multi-family developments to complex commercial and industrial work, our team has powered some of the region’s most exciting projects (shoutout to Highline Residences in Telluride and Lyric at RidgeGate). None of it would be possible without our hardworking team and the “never say no” attitude that drives everything we do.
Special thanks to our partners and general contractors Cullen Morris and Joseph Wayne of Brinkmann Constructors. They’re not big on the spotlight—but we couldn’t do this without them.
